NICOSIA - A Nicosia businessman who drove his Ferrari at 213kph has been banned from driving for three months and fined €1,200.
The 49-year-old had denied the charge but was found guilty. He also received six penalty points on his licence.
Judge Annie Pantazis noted that the accused, a family man and father of two teenagers, had a clean record and had recognised the gravity of the offence.
