NICOSIA -- President Demetris Christofias said Tuesday that discussion on properties began in the context of UN - led direct talks aiming at reaching a solution of the political problem in Cyprus.
In statements after a meeting held between himself and Turkish Cypriot leader Dervis Eroglu at the Chief of Mission’s residence in the United Nations Protected Area of Nicosia, President Christofias said that discussion on the chapter of properties began today and will continue during the leaders' next meeting.
