NICOSIA - Cyprus has been removed from the so-called ‘black list’ of the Russian Finance Ministry, the ministry announced Wednesday. As a result, the double taxation agreement signed with Moscow in October 2010 will come into full force, the Cyprus Finance Ministry said.
It added: “The removal of Cyprus from this list further enhances the competitiveness of the Cyprus investment by Russia and by extension the Cypriot economy, as well as the reputation of Cyprus as a reputable international financial centre.”
