LARNACA- A number of flights between Cyprus and snow-logged Heathrow Airport were delayed by up to two hours due to extreme weather conditions in the UK over the last few days although hundreds of other flights to London from other destinations suffered longer delays and even cancellations.
Approximately 260 flights, or 20% of the total of Sunday’s international flights to and from Heathrow were cancelled while up to 10% are expected to suffer the same fate today, Monday.
