Nicosia -- Tourism revenue increased by 10.4% during the first eleven months of 2012, despite a decline of 3% in November compared to the same period of 2011, Cyprus Statistical Service data released show.
On the basis of the results of the Passenger Survey, revenue from tourism reached €62.8 million in November 2012 compared to €64.8 million in November 2011, recording a decrease of 3.0%.
For the period January – November 2012 revenue from tourism is estimated to have reached €1,886.1 million compared to €1,707.7 million in the same period of 2011, thus recording an increase of 10.4%. (CNA)
