NICOSIA An armed robber stole €8,000 from the Teachers Coop Bank in Stavrou Avenue, Nicosia, Wednesday morning.
The man, acting alone, entered the bank through a back door that had been left open, threatened staff with a pistol and then fled on foot.
He is described as 25 to 26 years, of good physique and 1.75m to 1.80m tall. He was wearing a sweatshirt with a hood.
