MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin has not arranged a meeting with Cyprus Finance Minister Michalis Sarris, the Russian agency Itar-Tass announced.
Sarris, after a meeting with his Russian counterpart Anton Silouanof said: "We continue talks to find a solution that would allow us to obtain the support of Russia"
He also said that no final decision had yet been taken.
"We had very good, very honest and constructive conversations.”
According to the Russian agency, negotiations will continue tomorrow.
