NICOSIA - -Talks between Russia and Cyprus on a possible financial assistance package of have been completed without success, the Russian Finance Minister Anton Silouanov said today.
The Russian investors were not interested in the offshore reserves of natural gas, he added.
"The talks ended on the Russian side," he told reporters
 Finance Minister Michalis Sarris Cyprus was leaving  Moscow Friday, news agencies reported.
