Kastella Beach is located near the scenic Psarolimano fishing shelter in the coastal town of Larnaca, about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The sea here is usually calm and the water clear and ideal for swimming. The beach is about 400 meters long. It is easily and safely accessible either by bus, car or on foot and there are parking facilities at a small car park at the fishing shelter nearby. Services include toilets, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas while lifeguards with life saving equipment and first aid are on duty. There are many high quality fish taverns, restaurants, ice-cream shops and mini-markets nearby.
