National Struggle Museum
This is not far from  the Archbishopric, in Archbishop Kyprianou Square. It contains documents, photos and items from the 1955-1959 National Liberation Struggle.

The House of Hadjigeorgakis Kornesios 

20 Patriarchou Grigoriou, within the old city. The most significant 18th century building in the city andwinner of a Europa Nostra Award. Once the residence of the Dragoman Hadjigeorgakis Kornesios, it now houses the Cyprus Ethnological Museum.

37 Demosthenis Severis Avenue. A museum of pens and everything that has to do with writing. Some items date from the 15th century.

Fikardou Village Rural Museum:
Northeast of Machairas Monastery. The entire village is an ancient monument. The Houses of Katsinioros and Achilleas Dimitri, parts of which date back to the 16th century, have been restored as unique examples of rural architecture.
