Miguel de Cervantes, ‘Don Quixote,’ adapted by Thoc and into Greek, will be performed at Larnaca Municipal Theatre on Wednesday, January 25.
Published in two volumes a decade apart, in 1605 and 1615, ‘Don Quixote’ is considered to be the most influential work of literature to come out of the Spanish Golden Age. As a founding work of modern Western literature, and one of the earliest canonical novels, it regularly appears high on lists of the greatest works of fiction ever published.
The curtain goes up at 8.30pm and tickets are priced at €12.
Larnaca Municipal Theatre is situated within the town’s Municipal Gardens. .
