“A brasserie which you could easily find in Paris or Milan can now be found in Andrea Themistocleous Street in Limassol,” one of its owners Theodoros proudly says for the new eatery. After several trips abroad, a groups of friends decided to introduce the culture of ‘casual dining’ to Cypriots. With a menu inspired by French and mainly Italian cuisine, the brasserie prepares daily freshly baked baguettes, impressive salads, muffins, carrot cakes and the traditional French croissant which as the owners recommend is best accompanied with an aromatic freshly ground coffee. The menu was created by Italian chef Stefano Mariani in collaboration with nutritionist Dr Anna-Maria Andronikou. Salads are priced at €4 and fresh Italian baguettes start from €3.20.
